Phase 2

In Phase 2, you engage with our firm on a continuing basis as we serve as your dedicated fiduciary asset managers. Our role is to provide proactive, personalized wealth management and financial planning, with your best interests as our guiding principle.

We charge an annual advisory fee that is structured as a percentage of the assets under our management. This fee arrangement ensures that our success is directly aligned with yours—the more your portfolio grows, the better we both do.

The management fee is negotiable, depending on the scope and complexity of the relationship, and is assessed and billed quarterly. Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, the fee is calculated based on the market value of the assets in your account at the end of each calendar quarter.

Through this ongoing relationship, you gain access to our full suite of planning and investment services, regular reviews, and continuous monitoring of your financial plan, giving you clarity and confidence in pursuing your long-term goals.

In addition to the annual management fee, PPS Custom Program clients may pay transaction charges, administrative charges, and miscellaneous account fees and charges, as described in the Master Services Agreement (MSA) or PPS Client Agreement (as applicable) and Commonwealth’s ADV Part 2A Brochure.
